On the 2nd day of September, a meeting was held with Caxias do Sul´s Municipal Secretaries. The discussion was based on themes such as the infrastructure and organization of the event.
The dialogue happened in the Mayor’s office, and had the presence of the Deputy Mayor, Paula Ioris, and representative members of the Social, Culture, Tourism, Health, Traffic, Transport, Mobility, Sport, Leisure and Urbanism secretaries. The Acting President of the ICSD, Gustavo Perazzolo, and the CEO of the Organizing Committee, Richard Douglas Ewald also attended the meeting, along with the interpreters, Cristiane Casara and Suelen Bordin.
